To maintain a smooth schedule and accommodate all clients, I kindly request 48 -hour notice for any cancellations to avoid charges.

CODE OF CONDUCT
As a solo practitioner, I remain committed to providing services during my advertised hours of operation, serving clients anytime during those hours.
I adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining optimal cleanliness and hygiene. Any concerns should be addressed with me directly and immediately.
All clients can expect a warm greeting upon arrival. I will act professionally and with integrity at all times, avoiding confrontation or combativeness. I will not refuse service based on age, sex, race, ethnicity, or religious beliefs. Clients must have a friendly attitude and not be intimidating, threatening, or abusive. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone breaching this code or creating health or safety issues. I am dedicated to providing the best possible treatments and services. I will offer transparency and professional advice when requested. Clients may ask about products used or request advice on related topics, which I will be happy to provide.
Clients are obligated to pay a 50% deposit upon booking. The deposit is required to secure your appointment. Without the deposit, the treatment will not be delivered.
I kindly request that clients provide a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. This helps ensure that I can accommodate all clients and maintain a smooth schedule.
A NO – REFUND POLICY
Please note that I have a no-refund policy on time reserved for treatments and services. However, if you need to cancel and provide the required 48-hour notice, any funds paid will be allocated as a credit towards a future treatment.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling appointments at a convenient time and day for you. In the event of cancellation, I can offer up to three alternative appointment options.
If none of the offered options are suitable and further attempts to reschedule are unsuccessful, please be aware that the money will not be refunded. Your understanding and cooperation with this policy are greatly appreciated as I aim to provide the best possible experience for all clients.
In the event of two late cancellations or one no-show within a year without prior notification, I reserve the right to refuse further services.

I aim to respond to emailed complaints within 3 working days during business hours. I will listen to your concerns, work to resolve the issue, and make necessary improvements to prevent future occurrences. If you’re unsatisfied with the resolution, please let me know. I may seek advice from industry professionals or organizations for a fair outcome. I appreciate your feedback and value the opportunity to improve my services for all clients.
